    To help you shop, here are some tips and special features you'll find on our site

    1. To view the items in your cart at any time, simply place your mouse cursor over the "YOUR CART" button on the bottom of the screen.

    2. You may change quantities or delete items from the order at any time by view your cart, HERE.

    3. To checkout and complete your order, click Checkout at the top of any page.

    4. Once your order is processed, you will see an order confirmation message with an order number, confirming the order was placed successfully. You will also receive an email confirming your order.

    5. Your credit card will be invoiced from Ahava (Singapore) Pte Ltd, the owner of ahava.com.sg

    6. You may also create a customer account to securely store your shipping and billing information and to easily access past orders.

    7. To log in to your customer account you will need to enter the username and password used to create the account. In case you forget your password you can easily request for it to be emailed to you. Just enter your username and click Submit, HERE.

    Local orders below $150 - please refer to http://www.speedpost.com.sg/Sameday.html

    Overseas orders - Singpost Air Parcel. Costs varies based on weight and bulk of products ordered.

    Shipping and Delivery Times
    Orders are typically processed and sent within 2 working days from the date they are placed. Please be aware that our warehouse is open Monday - Friday. Orders received on Friday or on a weekend will ship/deliver the following week.

    Local orders should reach you within 2 - 3 working days. Overseas orders will take within 5 to 17 working days of transit time.

    Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when you place your order.

  • Returns & Exchange Policy

    At AHAVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange (minus shipping and handling charges) at our store located at 176 Orchard Road, #03-12, The Centrepoint, Singapore 238843 or by mail within 14 days (local) / 30 days (overseas) from date of receipt.

    If you bought a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned to receive the exchange. You may exchange your returned item for another of equal value or one that costs more. If the value of the exchanged item is lower, there will be no refund given. If the value is higher, we will charge your credit card for the difference.

    We apologize that the following items are not eligible for exchange:
    • Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards
    • Gifts with purchase items
    • Product samples
    • AHAVA Loyalty Membership Cards

    Packaging & Shipping Your Return

    a. Please package your return in the original box (if you have it) and send it to:

    b. If you are returning the product because we made an error and delivered the wrong products, please call us at (65) 6732 7655 or email us at aloveaffair@ahava.com.sg. We will schedule a courier pickup (local) and cover the cost of shipping (overseas)

    c. If you have the MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE FORM that came with your order, please fill it out as completely as you can. If you have lost the form, please include a note or letter with your return package containing the following information: • Your order number, name, address and email address
    • Your contact number (in case we need to call you)
    • A list of the product(s) and the reason for the return
    • The replacement product(s) you would like to exchange for
    • Your receipt

    d. All return packages must be shipped using a service that is able to track packages, such as UPS, Fedex or DHL (ask for services that have tracking options). You will be able to use the service provider’s online tracking system to find out if we have received the package. Please ship your package prepaid (except for error on our part)

    Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect the replacement merchandise within 30 days from the date we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned product(s).

    IMPORTANT NOTES:
    • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries
    • For returned or exchanged orders, the shipping cost would be on the purchaser’s expense (except for error on our part in delivering the wrong products)
    • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and ahava.com.sg will not replace the contents of the package
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable
    • ahava.com.sg cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments
    • Please note that ahava.com.sg is not able to exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than ahava.com.sg.
    • For orders using promotion or discount codes, please place your replacement order as soon as you can because the promotional code may have expired by the time your return is processed

  • Discontinued Products

    We are continually innovating and offering new products, but from time to time it is necessary to discontinue a product. We apologize if we have discontinued one of your favorite AHAVA products.
